Words from the Chair

As agricultural communicators, we were built from the ground up.  Although many of us had family farm, 4-H and FFA experiences growing up that taught us the basics of agriculture, our coursework, internships, professors and advisors, and campus experiences shaped us into professionals in the world of agricultural communications.

In our fast paced work days, we often forget our educational foundation and the friends we made along the way.  This evening will highlight alumni reflections as generations of agricultural communicators come together to share stories, reminisce and discuss the future of the industry.

Please join me at the Agricultural Communications Gala to celebrate the past 50 years and to welcome the next chapter of the program.  I look forward to seeing old friends and making new friends.
